Zak Systems joins with JPRA J6 Suport Team
2015-2016
Zak Systems along with Sebastian Tech joined The Ventura Group team in support of the JPRA CIO (J6). The JPRA J6 contract provides all of the IT, Networking, Communications and Application support for the Agency and combines operations in preparation for the Joint Information Environment. We are pleased to provide the Transition Team leadership, Enterprise Architecture, Process Engineering and Transformation support to this Defense Agency.

Zak Systems has been a valued team member to multiple prime contractors in support of the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) IT software and hardware sustainment for Department on Defense initiatives . The DISA contract provides all of the IT, Networking, Communications, Enterprise Architecture, Process Engineering, Hardware, and Application Development & Support for the Agency and combines operations in preparation for the Joint Information Environment.
Zak Systems provides consulting services, to Rheem Manufacturing Company, for cloud based application selection

Zak Systems was engaged to provide the software and implementation vendor assessment for the selection and implementation of a HCM and Helpdesk solution. Zak Systems lead workshops to gather requirements, developed proof of concepts, documented functional and technical requirements, RFPs and Business Cases for executive leadership.
Zak Systems provides consulting services to convert MESSA's on-premise HCM's application to a cloud based HCM solution

Zak Systems was engaged to provide functional and technical expertise in implementing a HCM cloud based solution. Zak Systems realigned business processes, mapped and converted data and provided implementation support & post implementation support.
